Rail Replacement Bus leaves Ashford(Woodthorpe Road) at 08:10 arrives Feltham 08:22(over footbridge to London Platform) Then via Waterloo and Tottenham Court Road to Harold Wood arriving at 10:22. Then bus to Noak Hill Road arriving at 10:55, then a short walk. The walk goes via Tees Drive, Central Park where there is a cafe and following Carters Brook and Paine's Brook to Harold Wood where there is a pub and cafes for lunch. The afternoon follows the valley of the Ingrebourne River most of the way to Upminster Bridge Station. There are no stiles on this walk. Distance: 7 miles Difficulty: Easy for most of the walk Easy, 7.0 miles (11.3 km), linear walk. Good to know: Refreshments available (Pub/cafe); Toilets available; Accessible by public transport; No Stiles. Led by the Ramblers Staines Group.
