Walk from Upminster bridge tube station through the Hornchurch and ingrebourne nature reserve towards Rainham. Ending at rainham hall and the stables cafe. Essex wildlife visitor centre with park. Easy, 6.0 miles (9.7 km), linear walk. Meet: Front entrance of Upminster bridge tube station (RM14 2RB).
