A social club for retired professional and business men, founded in 1976 and now with around 70 members. The club meets for lunch at The Square at Upminster on the second Wednesday of every month (in August at Top Meadow Golf Club): the bar opens at 10.30am, club business starts at 11.30am, a three-course lunch (£25) is served at noon and there is usually a guest speaker, finishing about 2.20pm. Guests are welcome to come along to a lunch to see what the club is like – book by 6pm on the Sunday before. Outings are run jointly with the Deyncourt Ladies' Probus Group. Annual subscription £15, joining fee £15. Dress code: jackets and ties, no jeans.
